Gainey Capital Hits More Near-Surface Gold in Mexico" 

Gainey Capital Corp. (TSX-V: GNC) (OTC: GNYPF) reported two more drill holes from the Phase 1 drill program at the near surface, La Nueva Victoria Mineralized Zone of the El Colomo property in Sierra Madre Golden Belt, Mexico.

I wrote last week that the first hole http://resourcestockdigest.com/archives/articles/precious_metals/index.php?content_id=4005 was interesting and that Gainey might be on to a legitimate discovery.

The results from this morning, for holes two and three look very interesting as well. Holes two and three returned more near-surface, polymetallic mineralization, including higher grades.

The headline reads "Gainey Intersects Further Near-Surface Mineralization of 34.2 Meters of 2.39 g/t Au Eq at La Nueva Victoria, Mexico"

The takeaway is that it is still very early-stage, only three holes in this phase of drilling thus far, but Gainey Capital may be on to a discovery with the potential to grow into a district scale play.
