Riverside Resources (TSX-V: RRI) CEO John-Mark Staude: Latest Trenching Results at the Glor Gold Project Show Long Intervals of Gold Mineralization

Gerardo Del Real: This is Gerardo Del Real with Resource Stock Digest. Joining me once again is President and CEO of Riverside Resources (TSX-V: RRI)(OTC: RVSDF), Mr. John-Mark Staude. John-Mark, thank you for joining me again.

John-Mark Staude: Great, Gerardo. I'm delighted to be on the show again.

Gerardo Del Real: Well, it was important for me to have you back on because I know we just spoke recently and we talked about how well Riverside has executed the prospect generator model, everything from the tight share structure to generating a lot of projects during the most recent bear cycle. True to that, you had some great news this morning. Let me just read the headline and hopefully you can fill in some of the details for me. The headline reads, "Riverside announces trenching results from partner funded program at the Glor Gold project." What can you share as far as details, John-Mark?

John-Mark Staude: Well, we're delighted. First off is having long intervals of gold mineralization and outcrop and now entrenching is really good. Secondly, the fact that we have Centerra Gold fully funding the project shows that we have majors that are already interested and we're delighted to have that. The third thing that we like are the quality of the tenure of the results. Multiple trenches all having gold mineralization over widths where we can next drill is a wonderful place. Riverside is delighted. It fits with our 2017 goals of delivering exploration and success, and most importantly for our shareholders having OPEM, other people's money, fully funding the work program is a way Riverside keeps our tight share structure 44 million shares out, good cash position of over $6 million, and now drilling next. We're very excited about these results.

Gerardo Del Real: Excellent, and I imagine your partner Centerra has to be excited. I mean, trench ID Tr-01 had an interval of 105 meters of .492 grams per tonne gold. It was a weighted average, and that started at surface basically, from 0 to 105 meters. It seemed like the mineralization seemed pretty continuous in the trenches.

John-Mark Staude: That's correct. I think what Centerra likes is that indeed we're having multiple trenches in long intervals inside of it having higher grades, but no overwhelming booming grades being smeared or spread. That's what you want to see, these type of assay values or similar values to people having nearby mining operations. Next to us, operators Fresnillo, Alamos Gold, and Timmins Gold all operate with these similar type of grades to what we're having in surface trenches. That's a surface continuity of that mineralization. If zero means that it's open still and that direction, but due to topography and where we are, it's just out on these small hills and then we're out under in gravel. Yes, Centerra likes it. I think you'll see us follow up with news results coming in the near future about them planning a drill program, and that fits exactly with the guidance we gave in January for 2017. We always like to give guidance about what we do and most importantly we like to under promise and over deliver.

Gerardo Del Real: That's a great philosophy to live by. Now I imagine with Fresnillo and Alamos nearby that the infrastructure has to be pretty decent, pretty solid.

John-Mark Staude: It is. You may hear the sound in the background of the airplane because I'm at an airport right now. It really is very easy access where we're going and where we're working. I'm heading down to Mexico myself to get out there and see where we're going, and the road network that's right to the site, we have operations within eyesight of the project. We're very excited to be in such a well-endowed location, also a well infrastructured location, and particularly a place where there's active mining going on right now.

Gerardo Del Real: Fantastic. Well, John-Mark, I want to thank you very much for your time. I look forward to having you back on as you continue to develop not just this project, but the other projects in your portfolio. Thank you again.

John-Mark Staude: Thank you Gerardo very much.
